Before proceeding with the Transfer, you are first advised to check if your Domain Name can be transferred. 1

If you wish to Transfer a .EU domain name to M/s InfoHuge, then you need to follow the steps mentioned below:

Transfer Process for Customers

1. Login to your Control Panel. 2

2. In the Menu, point to Domains -> Domain Registration and click Transfer.

3. Provide the domain name you wish to Transfer.

4. Select the Registrant Contact for this domain name. You may select from the available list of Contacts or click Add a New Contact.

5. In the Nameservers area, click the edit name servers now link and enter the current Name Servers of your .EU domain name.

6. If your .EU domain name has Child Name Servers, enter the Child Name Servers alongwith the respective IP Addresses in the Child Nameservers area.

7. Click Continue and proceed with the payment 3 of the Invoice while selecting the checkbox to agree to the associated Product Agreement(s).

   Note

   This is a mandatory action.

8. After you have placed the Transfer Order, the Registrant Contact for the domain name will receive an e-mail from the Registry for the Transfer Authorization process, which needs to be approved within 14 days. The authorization can also be provided through a FAX to the Registry from the Registrant Contact. Template of the confirmation FAX is provided below:

9. The request is processed once the Registry receives approval from the Registrant.

Transfer Process for Resellers

1. Login to your Control Panel. 4

2. In the Menu, point to Products -> Domain Registration and click Transfer. Enter the domain name you wish to Transfer.

   Note

   Transfer request for .EU domain names cannot be placed from the within the Control Panel. Hence, it is advised that you re-direct all purchase related links from within your, your company user's and your Customer's Control Panel to your SuperSite URL or your Custom URL (if you have integrated with our platform using our API).

3. Enter the Username (Email Address) of the Customer, on whose behalf you wish to buy this Service. If the Customer is new, you can add the Customer, by filling the New Customer Form.

4. Select the Registrant Contact for this domain name. You may select from the available list of contacts or click Add a New Contact.

5. In the Nameservers area, click the edit name servers now link and enter the current Name Servers of your .EU domain name.

6. If your .EU domain name has Child Name Servers, enter the Child Name Servers alongwith the respective IP Addresses in the Child Nameservers area.

7. Click Continue and proceed with the payment 5 of the Invoice while selecting the checkbox to agree to the associated Product Agreement(s).

   Note

   This is a mandatory action.

8. After you have placed the Transfer Order, the Registrant Contact will receive an email from the Registry for the Transfer Authorization process, which needs to be approved within 14 days. The authorization can also be provided through a FAX to the Registry from the Registrant Contact.
